Thank you for using mnml.ai services. mnml.ai is a platform that provides AI services for generating assets (photos and text) using AI models, and hosts the assets for users who have signed up for our services. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
mnml.ai provides its users with AI-generated images and text through its platform, which users may access and use subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Users of mnml.ai may upload and store photos and text generated using our services. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Users own their assets (generated images and text), and mnml.ai will make these assets publicly available on the web if user profile visibility is set to "Public".
All images generated by free users may appear in the community page which shows latest design generations for a period of time. These images may be picked to be showcased on other pages on mnml.ai to highlight good use cases of the website.
As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and mnml.ai assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.

In no event will mnml.ai or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You agree to indemnify and hold mnml.ai and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the user's use of mnml.ai or violation of these terms.

mnml.ai reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email before the changes take effect.
