User Content
Users of mnml.ai may upload and store photos and text generated using our services. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Users own their assets (generated images and text), and mnml.ai will make these assets publicly available on the web if user profile visibility is set to "Public".
All images generated by free users may appear in the community page which shows latest design generations for a period of time. These images may be picked to be showcased on other pages on mnml.ai to higlight good use cases of the website.
Assets Ownership and License
As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and mnml.ai assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.
Refund Policy
At mnml.ai, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following terms:
- Refunds are eligible for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the user has utilized less than 20% of the allocated credits under the purchased plan.
- All refund requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
- To request a refund, please contact us with your account email and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
