Thank you for using mnml.ai services. mnml.ai is a platform that provides AI services for generating assets (photos and text) using AI models, and hosts the assets for users who have signed up for our services. 1Description of Service

mnml.ai provides its users with AI-generated images and text through its platform, which users may access and use subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2Akzeptable Nutzung

• mnml.ai für rechtswidrige oder betrügerische Zwecke zu nutzen.
• Den Betrieb von mnml.ai zu stören oder unbefugten Zugriff zu versuchen.

3User Content

Users of mnml.ai may upload and store photos and text generated using our services. By doing so, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Users own their assets (generated images and text), and mnml.ai will make these assets publicly available on the web if user profile visibility is set to "Public".

All images generated by free users may appear in the community page which shows latest design generations for a period of time. These images may be picked to be showcased on other pages on mnml.ai to highlight good use cases of the website.

4Assets Ownership and License

As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this agreement and any limitations set by law, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes. Any assets created using the Service are owned by you, and mnml.ai assigns all rights, title, and interest in those assets to you for your personal or commercial use for paid users. Each individual must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activity on your account. If you breach any of our Terms of Service, your right to use our Service may be terminated immediately.

mnml.ai reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email before the changes take effect. Users will also be notified on the website. Continued use of mnml.ai after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
