The Greens — Golf Clubhouse
ODX Studio used mnml.ai to turn a precise clubhouse model into a full day-in-the-life story — golden-hour arrivals, golfers on the fairway, blue-hour luxury, and an annotated design-study diagram — all from one fixed geometry.
A clubhouse is the front door to an entire golf resort — the first thing members see and the last impression they leave with. For The Greens, an 18-hole championship course, ODX Studio designed a clubhouse defined by a single sweeping wooden roof structure that shelters restaurant, café, pool bar, spa, and gym beneath one continuous gesture, all oriented toward the lake and the fairways to the south.

The design was resolved in-house as a precise 3D model — massing, the timber roof geometry, and the relationship between building and landscape all locked in.
